Is Unidec file sharing free and does it require an account?

Yes. You can share one file up to 50 MB without paying, registering, or signing in.

Can Unidec read the file I share?

No. Your browser encrypts the file and filename before upload. The decryption key stays in the complete share link and is not sent to Unidec.

When is a shared file deleted?

Choose 15 minutes, 1 hour, 5 hours, or 24 hours. Access ends at expiry, the encrypted upload is deleted automatically, and the sender can delete it sooner.

Which file types can I share?

You can share any file type, one file at a time, as long as it is not empty and is no larger than 50 MB.
